I work with experienced leaders who want space to think clearly, test their thinking and lead with greater confidence during periods of change. Most clients come through referral and are operating in complex, high-stakes environments where judgement, presence and credibility matter.

Executive Coaching

Supporting Chief Executives, Executive Directors and senior leaders as they step into new or expanded roles. Much of this work focuses on helping individuals occupy their role with authority and clarity, navigating the political complexity, stakeholder dynamics and personal demands that come with roles at the top of an organisation.

Clients include leaders across the not for profit sector, health, higher education, regulation and social care, as well as senior executives in finance and banking. 

Board and NED Transition Coaching

Working with first-time and experienced trustees, non-executive directors and chairs. This includes supporting people moving from executive to non-executive roles, and those transitioning from a for profit into a profit for purpose setting.

In mission-driven organisations, purpose shapes how decisions are made, how success is measured and how leadership is exercised. This coaching creates space to understand that culture and step into it with contribution, influence and confidence.

 

Career Transition Coaching

Coaching leaders who are at a crossroads, whether that means stepping towards a Chief Executive role, moving into a portfolio or non-executive career, or simply thinking carefully about the next chapter.
 
This work often draws on my direct experience of executive search. I understand how senior appointments are made, how candidates are assessed, and how leadership narratives are formed and read at Board level. That insight shapes the coaching in a very practical way.

All work is tailored and shaped around the individual, their context and the moment they are in.
